I bought the Electrolux EL4300A canister vac to replace the Dyson Pet hair vac I had, and there is no comparison between the two. The Electrolux has great suction using the floor attachment and while using the wand atachments. Switching from floor to attachement is extremely easy and fast. Hose length is very long and the wand extends out an additional 2 feet if you need it. It has a headlight, so you can see what you are cleaning. The height of the floor attachment is low emough to go under toe boards and can easily fit under most furniture. The canister is somewhat small, but no worries because it can still hold a lot. Emptying is a snap. Self rewinding cord is nice to have. Works great on carpet or wood. Canister vax pulls aroung easily with 2 large rear wheels. This is a keeper.
